Rates and Insurance

I accept all three Nebraska Medicaid Insurances: United Healthcare, Molina Healthcare, and Nebraska Total Care. I also accept BCBS and Aetna commercial plans. Our office accepts cash, all major credit cards, personal checks, money orders, and payments through Zelle.

Rates

Regular Psychotherapeutic Services: 

• First Session/Initial Diagnostic Interview- 60/90minutes- $200.00
• Individual Session- 45/60minutes- $140.00
• Family Session- 45-60min- $ 160.00

Immigration Psychosocial Assessments: 

• Comprehensive Immigration Assessment- 1hour and a half or 2 hours. Cost: $800.00- 
• The fee includes: A comprehensive clinical assessment that includes an in-depth interview, psychological testing when needed, a detailed analysis of how immigration-related stressors and potential separation would impact the client and their family, and the preparation of a thorough, attorney-ready written report. The fee also includes the evaluator’s time spent reviewing documents, coordinating with attorneys, writing and revising the report, and providing the clinical expertise required to translate the client’s experiences into evidence that supports their immigration case.

Insurance

Depending on your current health insurance provider or employee benefit plan, it is possible for services to be covered in full or in part. Please contact your provider to verify how your plan compensates you for psychotherapy services. I’d recommend asking these questions to your insurance provider to help determine your benefits: - Does my health insurance plan include mental health benefits? - Do I have a deductible? If so, what is it and have I met it yet? - Does my plan limit how many sessions per calendar year I can have? If so, what is the limit? - Do I need written approval from my primary care physician in order for services to be covered?

Payment

Our office accepts multiple forms of payment, including cash, all major credit cards, personal checks, money orders, and Zelle payments.

Cancellation Policy

If you are unable to attend a session, please make sure you cancel at least 24 hours beforehand. Otherwise, you may be charged for the full rate of the session.
