In some immigration cases, a psychosocial immigration evaluation can be a very valuable piece of evidence. An Immigration Psychosocial Assessments is a detailed and thorough mental health assessment that is used to help immigration officials determine whether an individual will be able to remain lawfully in the United States.

I am a bilingual (English and Spanish) and a bicultural therapist with extensive experience on conducting immigration assessments in four major areas of immigration proceedings: (1) Extreme Hardship cases; (2) Spousal Abuse (VAWA); (3) Political Asylum; and (4) U Visa; (5) T Visa; Cancelation of Removal. All my immigration psychosocial evaluations are completed in a timely fashion and I serve the entire state of Nebraska and Iowa (Licensed in both states). My office is located in the Omaha metro area however, I use Telehealth Video/online sessions for clients feeling more comfortable with such options.
